Videoconferencing for remote meetings

Videoconference room

This room can accommodate approximately ten attendees. It is equipped with three screens displaying the life-size image of your remote attendees in high definition. With the audiovisual system, the image of the person who is speaking is instantly displayed on the screen.

Reception/break area

This room lets your employees concentrate on their preparations, get away from the main group for private discussions, etc. All amid a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

VIP Area

Located in the building’s tallest tower, the VIP area includes a reception hall (124m²), two adjoining rooms (51 and 42m².), a meeting room (48m².), two terraces, and a catering area.

A completely private area

Amid an atmosphere of sleek design, with video equipment and Wi-Fi Internet access, this area is perfect for your special events: meetings, contract signings, press conferences, cocktail parties, product launches, etc.

An auditorium to give your event an added dimension

The auditorium—an ideal setting to give a little something extra to your conference, seminar, or convention for up to 280 attendees.

Imagine a hall that can accommodate up to 280 guests with a large retractable projection screen, a modular stage, and velvet seats. Such a place exists! We call it the Auditorium: the ideal setting for your conference, seminar, or convention.

Here, an audiovisual control room makes everything possible: a customizable public-address system, videography, HD videoconferencing, and live or deferred streaming. The Auditorium has a stage area, an audiovisual control room, a large projection screen, and a video projector. It also has Wi-Fi Internet access and a private area where you can host your guests in optimal conditions.

With floorspace of 370 m², the Auditorium can accommodate up to 280 people.

At your disposal:

Reception and break area: an independent entrance with a bar where you can organize your reception and breaks.

Conference area: an auditorium furnished with red velvet seats, a retractable projection screen, a podium, centralized partition curtains, modular lighting, and more.

Meeting rooms

Four modular meeting rooms (each 50m² and accommodating approximately 16 people) laid out according to your requirements (U-shape, classroom or theater configuration)

Equipment: HD plasma screen with PC connection, Wi-Fi internet access, and videoconferencing capability.

Conference Room, 72 seats

Are you planning to organize conferences, seminars, workshops, or keynote addresses?

Discover our two conference rooms, located side by side and accommodating 54 and 72 attendees respectively. An adjoining reception area, the Conference Hall, is also available for breakfast events, breaks, lunchtime cocktail parties, etc.

At your disposal:

  • Conference area: a conference hall with tablet-arm seats. Desks, chairs, and a podium for the speakers
  • Conference Hall: 133m² of floorspace. Buffet tables and coat racks available on request (subject to availability)
